Free returns

Have you received your items but they do not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned.

Returns procedure

Returns are offered via Colissimo only in France (only in the event of an exchange, credit or error on our part).

• To benefit from free returns, follow the procedure by going to the page return form.
• Or for greater speed, you can return your order to: Gueule d'Amour - 28 rue du tombois - 54110 - Crévic. Upon receipt of your return, we will ship the requested item(s) to you at our expense. If there is an additional charge, please include a check payable to Gueule d'Amour in your return package. The two solutions remain identical.

In the case of a refund or if you are making a return from a country other than France, you will have to return the Product(s) + the surprise gift that you received in the package at your expense in the event of complete refund. Or if you use the prepaid label for returning the items, the amount of €6.95 will be deducted from the refund.

The Product must be returned in its original packaging if possible, in its original, new condition.

What deadlines

In the case of an exchange or credit, upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your request will be processed within 3 days maximum.

In the case of a refund, it will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items.
